Costs

Overview

Orders are dispatched using the delivery method chosen during the checkout process.

Standard delivery orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt.

Orders for next day delivery (24 hour) are dispatched up to 3pm on the day of order, orders received after 3pm will not be dispatched until the following business day.

Should any part of your order be out of stock a Lovelantis customer satisfaction adviser will get in contact to relay the estimated time of arrival of the restocked item or to arrange the dispatch of an alternative but similar product.

Lovelantis.com currently only ships to the UK and Southern Ireland.

Lovelantis.com does not currently ship to Europe or the rest of the world.

Missed Deliveries

If we are unable to successfully deliver your order your parcel will be returned to your local sorting office. If your parcel is not collected after 7 days it will shipped back to the Lovelantic warehouse, redelivery costs will be applied to your order for any further deliveries.

Privacy and security

All products are dispatched in discreet and unassuming packaging, meaning that your neighbours, colleagues and friends need not know how you choose to enjoy yourself.

Returns & Refunds

At Lovelantis your satisfaction is a goal, that’s why we accept returns on unopened and unused products up to 365 days after your initial order. For the first 90 days after purchase return deliveries are free of charge, after 90 days return delivery costs will be applicable.

Our returns and refund policy also means that if upon delivery of your order you decide you have changed your mind about the order you may return the unopened & unused item/s free of charge.

All returns must be packaged securely using as much of the original packaging as possible.

Refunds will be processed and returned to your chosen payment method.

Exchanges and Replacements

In the event of product exchanges Lovelantis, will cancel your previous order upon receipt of your returned item and dispatch your new item on the same day.

In the event of lost orders all parcels and orders are insured, the claim and compensation process of lost parcels will be managed.
